20 Years in Management Consulting. Areas of specialisation include organisation development & change management, strategic planning and development of business plans. Risk Management, Skills Audit, Cooperative Governance, Economic enterprise development (Including SMMEs), Knowledge Management, Impact assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation, Leadership development and personal mastery, stakeholder engagement and social mobilisation (including facilitation of Policy dialogues, multi-stakeholder workshops and seminars at all levels).


He is also involved in HR interventions, supporting a wide range of individuals and organisations in over 10 government structures.

A passionate, determined, goal driven and dynamic person, operating at a strategic level, with over 20 years of HR experience as a generalist. She has board experience including SETA’s as well as specialised fields such as Organisational Development, BBBEE and HRD in different industries including SOE’s. Areas of knowledge and experience includes but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions, Change Management, Performance Management, Strategic Planning and development of business plans. SAP system all HC areas, Skills Audit, Cooperate Governance, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Industrial Relations including negotiations, Monitoring & Evaluation, Conflict resolution, Leadership development, Coaching, Stakeholder Engagement, Policy development and implementation.


Involved in HR interventions that supports youth development, as well as mentoring a wide range of individuals within the HR field.
