Who We Are

Ditshaba Management Holdings has been in operation since 2009. Ditshaba has been a fully black owned and BB-BEE compliant company boasting a level one (1) rating. Ditshaba as a group of companies focuses on recruitment, training, consulting in HR Services and we have a new subsidiary in the renewable sector in order to assist our clients and individuals who are struggling with loadshedding.

We are professionally registered with APSO and the Department of Labour as a Private Employment Agency (PEA) and have been since the beginning which has allowed us to partake in the events of ensuring that all recruitment protocols are adhered to. We serve our clients nationally and have resources within all the 9 provinces.

We are also registered with the Service Seta as a professional training provider and our accreditation number is 13330. Specialising in New Venture Creation and Soft skills training.
