A qualified social-work professional with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Social Work. My experience includes organisational development, skills development and training, retail management, and executive support.
Has worked as a Skills Development and Training Provider, supporting individuals and organisations through practical, people-centred learning and development initiatives. I also bring extensive management experience in the fuel retail sector, where I developed strong capabilities in leadership, operations, customer service, and team performance.
